Our commitment

Rosevine Property Management, LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech recognition, or keyboard-only navigation. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

This commitment is not separate from our fair housing obligations. Housing information that cannot be reached by a disabled visitor is housing information that has not been made available, and we treat it that way.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with one H1 per page and no skipped heading levels
• A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page
• Keyboard operation throughout, including the mobile navigation menu
• Visible focus indicators that are never removed without a replacement
• Text alternatives for images, and decorative icons hidden from assistive technology
• Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for body text and interactive elements
• Tap targets of at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels
• Layout that reflows to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling
• Form inputs with associated labels, and required fields marked in text rather than by colour alone
• Data tables with proper header cells and captions

Known limitations

Some services we link to are operated by third parties, including the owner and resident portals, the maintenance intake, and the rental listing feed. We do not control their code and cannot guarantee their conformance. We raise accessibility defects with those vendors, and we will always provide the same information or complete the same task by phone or email if a vendor system is a barrier for you.

Where we publish documents supplied by third parties, some may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide an accessible version.

Assessment approach

We assess this site through a combination of automated checking during development and manual testing: keyboard-only navigation of every page, screen reader verification of headings, landmarks, and form labels, and layout testing down to a 320 pixel viewport width.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from finding information or completing a task, we want to know. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we can.

Reasonable accommodations

Accessibility of this website is separate from accommodations at a property.
